Meet Our Team 

Dr. Manal Omar, D.O.

Dr. Manal Omar, D.O., received her medical degree from Michigan State University and practices in Emergency Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine. Her years of aesthetic experience and passion for ensuring excellence and satisfaction with her clients' treatments show through in all she does.

Sharon Lewandoski MSN, RN, FNP-BC

As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Sharon brings nearly three decades of professional medical practice to Regenerize Me. With almost 30 years in the Internal Medicine / Nephrology space, she developed a passion for educating her clients on wellness and chronic disease prevention. This passion led her to pursue further education and training in Wellness, Anti-Aging Therapies, and Aesthetics. Sharon has always had an eye for creating art with pencil, paint, and sculpture, so she quickly fell in love with the 'art of aesthetics.' She constantly trains and stays on top of new procedures and techniques and cannot wait to share these with her clients. In addition to her love of all things Nurse Practitioner, she loves spending time with her family (including her 3 fur baby pups), golfing, and enjoying the great outdoors!

Sarah Vance MSN, RN, AGNP-C

Sarah discovered her passion for helping others at a very young age. This passion has manifested throughout her life and led her to the fields of wellness and aesthetics.


She has been a practicing RN and NP since completing her Bachelor of Science and Nursing from Eastern Michigan University in 2003, her Master of Science and Nursing with Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2012, and her Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2019. Her NP certifications were completed at Madonna University in Livonia, MI. Her experience over the last 20 years has come from Neonatal Intensive Care, Adult Intensive Care, Dialysis, and Primary Care. She has spent the previous six years in internal medicine, working with nephrology and hypertension specialists.


Sarah has found her true calling in regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics. She loves making people feel beautiful and, above all, happy. She thrives on helping people live fuller lives and be more confident in their own skin. Sarah strives to provide the most caring approach possible for her patients. Her professional skills, warm nature, and discretion are of the utmost importance in her relationships. She adheres to a philosophy of performing with the highest level of attention and respect. She is passionate about using lasers and non-invasive technology to achieve the best possible results for her patients.


Born and raised in Michigan, Sarah enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter, son, boyfriend, family, and fur babies. She also enjoys all outdoor activities, such as hiking, kayaking, swimming, and four-wheeling, and has developed a new love for golf.
